Our good friend and fellow Bristolian drinks expert Andy Clark, makes a beautiful cocktail using our “Bristol Rhuby” Rhubarb cider.

1 part Lemon Gino (G&H Spirits)
1 part Extra dry vermouth (Still Wild)
Swirl of lemon peel to garnish
